目的:探讨补益宗气方干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠气道重塑可能的机制。方法:用图像分析软件处理切片,分别得出各组大鼠的气道壁厚度及MMP-9与TIMP-1的平均光密度。结果:气管壁厚度比较,与模型组比较,空白组显著升高(P<0.01),治疗组与模型组比较显著降低(P<0.01);平均光密度值:MMP-9和TIMP-1在空白组的表达最低,治疗组次之,模型组最高(P<0.01),3组大鼠MMP-9/TIMP-1的比值,空白组最接近1,治疗组次之,模型组比值最大。结论:补益宗气方可能通过调节MMP-9/TIMP-1的动态平衡来干预慢阻肺大鼠的气道重塑。
Objective: To explore the possible mechanism of Buyi Zongqi intervention on airway remodeling in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease rats. Methods: The sections were processed by image analysis software to obtain the airway wall thickness and the average optical density of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in each group. Results: Compared with the model group, the thickness of the tracheal wall was significantly increased in the blank group (P <0.01), and the treatment group was significantly decreased compared with the model group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Bu Yi Zong Qi could interfere the airway remodeling of COPD rats by regulating the homeostasis of MMP-9 / TIMP-1.
