本实验从三方面研究八味丹坤汤调整免疫衰老与改善自由基代谢的关系。结果表明老年小鼠白细胞介素2(IL-2)产生降低,过氧化脂质(LPO)含量增加、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降。给药后上述指标均得到调整。臭氧吸入小鼠的上述指标出现类似衰老的变化。给药后,LPO含量降低,同时CAT和IL-2活性得到增强,且两者呈线性相关。在脾淋巴细胞培养液中加入过氧化氢(H2O2),发现可使淋巴细胞IL-2产生明显减少,同时加入该方提取物,IL-2产生又恢复到未加H2O2的对照组水平。研究提示补肾化瘀方药调整免疫衰老与改善自由基代谢密切相关,且为“正虚夹瘀是衰老的主要机制”的观点提供了部分依据。
This experiment studied the relationship between the adjustment of immune aging and the improvement of free radical metabolism in Bawei Dankun Decoction from three aspects. The results showed that IL-2 production was decreased, lipid peroxide (LPO) content was increased, and catalase (CAT) activity was decreased in aged mice. The above indicators were adjusted after administration. The above indicators of ozone inhalation in mice show changes similar to aging. After administration, the LPO content decreased while the CAT and IL-2 activities were enhanced, and the two were linearly related. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was added to spleen lymphocyte culture fluid and it was found that lymphocyte IL-2 production was significantly reduced. Simultaneously with the addition of this extract, IL-2 production was restored to the control group without H2O2 addition. The research suggests that supplementing kidney and removing phlegm medicine is closely related to improving immune aging and improving free radical metabolism, and provides some basis for the view that “positive virtual lice are the main mechanism of aging”.
