4月8日:继张江镇在全市率先取消招商引资职能后,浦东新区新一轮基层体制改革全面启动,针对前期调研中梳理出的基层治理22个问题,浦东新区列出24个解决方案,涉及体制、机制、队伍等方面。这24项改革包括张江管镇联动、后备书记培养、村民自治、居村台账、购买服务、诉调对接、网格化管理、社区社会组织、社工督导人才、社区基金、自治经费管理等方面。其中,加强基层队伍建设,改善基层干部工作环境成为改革重点。比如,
