作者在九名青年男学生中进行为期63天的研究,以观察不同的锌摄入量对铜在人体内存留和排出的影响。全部受试者给以常规饮食,但在饮食中加入硫酸铜,使铜的每天摄入量为2.6毫克。摄入的锌量分别为每日1.8、4.0、6.0、8.0、18.5及20.7毫克,持续一或二周。每周测定一次食物和血浆中的铜、锌含量。每天测定一次粪便铜含量,取一周之平均值。
The authors conducted a 63-day study among nine young male students to observe the effect of different zinc intakes on the retention and excretion of copper in the human body. All subjects were given a regular diet, but dietary copper sulfate was added to bring the daily intake of copper to 2.6 mg. The amount of zinc consumed was 1.8, 4.0, 6.0, 8.0, 18.5 and 20.7 mg daily for one or two weeks. Weekly determination of food and plasma copper, zinc content. Measured once a day fecal copper content, taking the average of one week.
