随着新一轮的课程改革的掀起,学生心理健康教育的地位越来越不可忽视,在教师群体中,除专职的心理健康辅导老师外,班主任对促进学生的心理健康起着巨大的作用。因此,本文拟从班主任的教育观念,班主任教育的教育性,班主任的知识观,建立学生心理档案等几个方面对班主任素质的培养与要求进行论述。
With the new round of curriculum reform, the status of students ’psychological health education is more and more negligible. In addition to the full-time mental health counseling teachers, the teacher in charge of class plays an important role in promoting students’ mental health. Therefore, this article intends to discuss the training and requirements of the headteacher’s qualities from several aspects, such as the teacher’s concept of education, the teacher’s educational education, the teacher’s knowledge concept, and the establishment of student’s psychological files.
