本文报告了用微量补体结合试验方法调查了广州地区各年龄组人群的呼吸道合胞病毒抗体水平。发现该病毒在广州地区人群中感染非常广泛,4岁以后即绝大部分可测知有补结抗体,而4岁以前抗体阳性率较低,尤以生后1～6月龄时最低。本试验有比较敏感及简单易行、节省材料等优点,值得今后在防治合胞病毒感染中推广应用。 This paper reports the use of trace complement fixation test method to investigate the Guangzhou region of all age groups respiration syncytial virus antibody levels. The virus was found to be very common among people in Guangzhou. After 4 years of age, the vast majority can detect complement antibody, but the antibody positive rate before the age of 4 is low, especially after 1 to 6 months of age. This test is more sensitive and simple, save the advantages of materials, worth in the future in the prevention and treatment of syncytial virus infection in the promotion and application.
