In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, people’s living standards have been gradually raised. Quality of life has begun to be demanded on the basis of solving the problem of adequate food and clothing. As a result, people have put higher demands on the operation and management of hotels. In order to improve the quality of hotel management, to meet more challenges, the hotel must innovate management tools. Innovative hotel management not only to ensure the normal operation of the hotel, but also from the customer point of view, for the needs of customers to develop personalized service, so that customers are happy on the basis of satisfaction. This will be an important means of gaining market advantages for hotels.
