目的 :观察小白鼠饮用磁处理党参药液后对碳粒廓清功能的影响。方法 :用碳粒廓清法比较正常对照组、非磁处理党参药液组与磁处理党参药液组对小白鼠碳粒廓清功能的影响。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,磁处理党参药液组光密度 (OD)降低 ,差异极显著 (p <0 .0 1 ) ,廓清指数 (K)都有提高 ,差异显著 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,吞噬指数 (α)也有提高 ,其中 0 .2 5T药液组达差异显著 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;与非磁处理药液组比较 ,光密度(OD)逐渐下降 ,当取血时间为 1 0min时 ,0 .2 5T药液组达差异显著 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,廓清指数 (K) ,0 .2 5T药液组有提高 ,但差异不显著 ,吞噬指数 (α)都有提高 ,仅 0 .2 5T药液组达差异显著 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :磁处理党参药液具有促进单核巨噬细胞系统吞噬功能的作用 ,对免疫有良好作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of mice treated with magnetic treatment of Codonopsis pilosula on the clearance of carbon particles. Methods :Compared with normal control group, non-magnetic treatment of Dangshen liquid group and magnetic treatment of Dangshen liquid group were used to compare the effects of carbon particle clearance on carbon clearance in mice. RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, the optical density (OD) of the magnetic treatment of Dangshen medicinal solution group decreased significantly (p < 0.01), and the clearance index (K) increased, the difference was significant (p <0. 5) The phagocytic index (α) also increased, with a significant difference in the 0.25T solution (p < 0.05); the optical density (OD) decreased gradually when compared with the non-magnetic treatment solution group. When the blood time was 10 min, there was a significant difference (p < 0.05) in the 0.25T liquid drug group, and the clearance index (K) was improved in the 0.25T liquid drug group, but the difference was not significant. The phagocytic index ( α) has increased, only the 0.25T liquid drug group reached a significant difference (p <0.05). Conclusion: The magnetic treatment of Codonopsis pilosula liquid has the function of promoting the phagocytic function of monocyte-macrophage system and has a good effect on immunity.
