目的:优选艾纳香中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮,以提取率为考察指标,用正交设计方法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,其优选工艺为A3B2C1D3,即药材加30倍量的50%乙醇,80℃水浴回流提取1 h。结论:艾纳香中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为药材加30倍量的50%乙醇,80℃水浴回流提取1 h。利用此工艺,艾纳香总黄酮提取率为17.48%。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Anemone. Methods: Total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The extraction rate was taken as the index of investigation. The optimum extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design. Results: The extraction rate of total flavonoids as the index, the preferred process for the A3B2C1D3, that is, 30 times the amount of medicinal herbs 50% ethanol, 80 ℃ water bath for 1 h reflux extraction. Conclusion: The best extraction technology of total flavonoids in Artemisia japonica is 50% ethanol with 30 times the amount of medicinal herbs and refluxed in 80 ℃ water bath for 1 hour. With this process, the total flavonoid extraction rate of Anemone is 17.48%.
