目的利用中药作为底物的非线性反应,建立天南星科植物的鉴别方法。方法采用H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-Br O3-为振荡体系,一定量的中草药粉末作为反应的底物。以饱和甘汞电极作参比,铂电极作指示电极,采用电化学工作站记录化学振荡体系中电位E随时间t的变化,利用Origin7.5软件绘制E-t曲线,获得非线性电化学指纹图谱。结果非线性电化学指纹图谱的重复性良好,3种药材的指纹图谱具有明显的差别。结论可以利用此方法鉴别天南星科药材。
Objective To establish a method for the identification of Araceae using the non-linear reaction of traditional Chinese medicine as a substrate. Methods H + -Mn2 + -CH3COCH3-Br O3- as the oscillation system, a certain amount of Chinese herbal powder as a reaction substrate. Using saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode and platinum electrode as indicator electrode, electrochemical workstation was used to record the change of potential E in the chemical oscillation system with time t. Origin7.5 software was used to draw E-t curve to obtain nonlinear electrochemical fingerprint. Results The repeatability of nonlinear electrochemical fingerprints was good, and the fingerprints of three kinds of medicinal materials had obvious differences. Conclusion This method can be used to identify Araceae herbs.
