本文应用彩色多普勒超声对30例正常足月胎儿,20例妊高征孕妇的胎儿及20例过期孕孕妇的胎儿进行心、脑、肾及脐带血流多指标全面监测,并作多元相关回归分析。结果显示:好高征及过期孕组胎儿主动脉、肾动脉及脐动脉血流速度降低,血流阻力增加,胎儿大脑中动脉血流速度增加,血流阻力降低,与正常胎儿组有统计学差别(P<0.05)。脐动脉PI与肾动脉PI和主动脉PI呈正相关。与大脑中动脉PI呈负相关;脐动脉PI与孕龄、孕妇血压呈正相关,与新生儿Apgar评分呈负相关。与胎儿NST监护比较,能更早期发现胎儿宫内缺氧状况。本文指出,彩色多普勒超声多指标全面监测,能非常敏感地反映胎儿器官异常情况的血流动力学改变,为围产医学提供新的有价值的监测方法。
Color Doppler ultrasound in 30 cases of normal full-term fetus, 20 cases of pregnancy-induced pregnancy induced fetus and 20 cases of pregnant women with expired pregnancy fetal heart, brain, kidney and umbilical cord blood flow multi-indicators comprehensive monitoring and multivariate correlation regression analysis. PI of umbilical artery was positively correlated with blood pressure of gestational age and pregnant women, but negatively correlated with Apgar score of newborn. Compared with the fetus NST monitoring, early detection of fetal hypoxia. This paper points out that the comprehensive monitoring of multiple indexes of color Doppler ultrasound can reflect the hemodynamic changes of fetal organ abnormalities very sensitively and provide new valuable monitoring methods for perinatal medicine.
