机械密封面的热变形导致密封端面向着环形方向偏转,呈锥形收敛状(正的热变形偏转)。亦已证明,通过几何形状的控制,可以使静环部分的热变形偏转不明显,或者将静环设计具有扩散锥形,得到负的热偏转变形。后一种情况,该静环可与等于正热偏转变形的一般机械密封动环面配用,以致可使最终的偏转变形量趋于零。由于使用了液膜厚度探测装置,对液膜几何形状直接测定,从而使这一原理得到了实际的证明。
Thermal deformation of the mechanical seal surface causes the seal end surface to deflect in the direction of the toroid with a conical convergent shape (positive thermal deformation deflection). It has also been demonstrated that by controlling the geometry, the thermal deformation of the stationary ring portion can be deflected slightly or the stationary ring design has a diffusion cone, resulting in a negative thermal deflection. In the latter case, the static ring can be used with a general mechanical seal toroid equal to the positive thermal deflection deformation, so that the final amount of deflection can be brought to zero. Due to the use of liquid film thickness detection device, direct determination of the liquid film geometry, so that this principle has been the actual proof.
