为探讨丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染与p5 3和 p2 1WAF— /CIP1基因的关系。采用免疫组化技术对 2 9例原发性肝胆管癌中HCV抗原 (NS5-Ag)、p5 3和 p2 1WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达进行研究。结果 :2 9例胆管癌中NS5-Ag、p5 3及p2 1WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达进行研究。结果 :2 9例胆管癌中NS5-Ag、p5 3及 p2 1WAF1/CIP1的阳性率分别为 5 1.7% (15 /2 9) ,48.3% (14/ 2 9)和 72 .4% (2 1/ 2 9)。NS5-Ag阳性与阴性组间 p5 3和 p2 1WAF1/CIP1的表达有明显差异 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :p5 3和 p2 1WAF1/CIP1基因可能参与胆管上皮的癌变过程 ,p5 3和 p2 1WAF1/CIP1表达异常与HCV感染有一定关系。
To investigate the relationship between hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection and p5 3 and p2 1 WAF- / CIP1 genes. Immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of HCV antigens (NS5-Ag), p5 3 and p2 1 WAF1 / CIP1 in 29 patients with primary hepatobiliary carcinoma. Results: The expressions of NS5-Ag, p5 3 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 in 29 cholangiocarcinomas were studied. Results: The positive rates of NS5-Ag, p5 3 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 in 29 cholangiocarcinomas were 51.7%, 48.3% and 72.4% respectively / 2 9). The expression of p5 3 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 in NS5-Ag positive and negative groups was significantly different (p <0.05). Conclusion: p5 3 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 genes may be involved in the carcinogenesis of bile duct epithelium. The abnormal expression of p5 3 and p2 1 WAF1 / CIP1 may be related to HCV infection.
