《集邮博览》2011年第3期、第5期分别刊登了《虎年与兔年在时间上如何划分》《农历兔年和辛卯年不能混为一谈》两篇文章。两篇文章都谈到我国现行的历法:干支纪年法、夏历(农历)纪年法和公历纪年法。不过,干支纪年法与农历纪年法虽有区别,但民众已习惯将干支与农历当成是一回事了,因此,在华夏广袤大地上的汉民族对于生肖的轮换或交接都是以农历为依据的,我认为生肖邮票应该在农历的正月初一或正月初一以后的某一天发行,即进入某个生肖年再发行生肖邮票。否则,像现在每年的1月5日发行生肖邮票,造成每个
