选用人原始巨核细胞白血病细胞系（ＨＩ－Ｍｅｇ）为靶细胞，通过短期及较长期液体培养，观察中药益髓灵及其拆方对ＨＩ—Ｍｅｇ细胞增殖与分化的影响。结果提示，益气养阴药对ＨＩ—Ｍｅｇ细胞有较强的促增殖作用；活血解毒药既有抑制增殖又有促分化作用，但具有毒性；而益髓灵复方则表现为明显的抑制增殖和促分化作用．
The primary human megakaryocyte leukemia cell line (HI-Meg) was selected as the target cell. Through short-term and long-term liquid culture, the effects of Yijieling and its disassembled prescriptions on the proliferation and differentiation of HI-Meg cells were observed. The results suggest that the Qi-enhancing-negative drugs have a strong pro-proliferative effect on HI-Meg cells; blood-activating antidote has both inhibitory and pro-differentiating effects, but is toxic; and Qishenling compound shows significant inhibition of proliferation. And promote differentiation.
