研制了一台全玻璃真空集热管真空品质试验装置,采用集热管内置加热器,恒温加热至350℃持续48 h,测量集热管尾管处吸气剂镜面消失率。同时该装置还可测量集热管恒温加热功率随烘烤时间变化数据,即单位时间整支集热管的热量损耗随时间变化数据。该装置由《集热管测试架》、《仪表箱》和《PC计算机》三部分组成。我们采用VB和组态王软件编写了数据采集和处理程序,并成功运行,实现了数据采集和处理的自动化。该装置恒温加热温度可在80℃~500℃之间任意设定,恒温350℃时温度波动范围±1℃。该装置已成功用于全玻璃SS-AlN金属陶瓷真空集热管真空品质试验。
A vacuum quality test apparatus for all-glass vacuum heat-collecting tube was developed. The built-in heater of the heat-collecting tube was heated to 350 ° C for 48 h. The disappearance rate of getter speckle at the heat-collecting tube tail pipe was measured. At the same time, the device can also measure the constant temperature heating power of the collector tube with the change of the baking time data, that is, the heat loss of the entire collector tube per unit time changes with time. The device consists of “collector tube test stand”, “meter box” and “PC computer” in three parts. We use VB and Kingview software to write data acquisition and processing programs, and the successful operation of the data acquisition and processing to achieve automation. The constant temperature heating device can be set at any temperature between 80 ℃ ~ 500 ℃, constant temperature of 350 ℃ temperature fluctuation range ± 1 ℃. The device has been successfully used in all-glass SS-AlN vacuum tube vacuum metal tube quality test.
