陈宜张,1927年9月28日出生于浙江慈溪,1952年毕业于浙江大学医学院,1953年起历任第二军医大学生理教研室讲师、副教授、教研室主任,现任第二军医大学神经科学研究所所长、上海市神经科学学会副理事长、中国神经科学学会副理事长、中国生理学会副理事长,1995年当选为中国科学院院士。如果没有那次转系,也许陈宜张今天不会在神经生理学领域有如此突出的成就:发现单个电刺激可使幼兔大脑皮层树突电位长时间易化,首先在国际上提出了糖皮质激素作用于神经元的非基因组机制或膜受体假说,提出了与当时通用的Evans公式不同的观点……每次谈及当年从浙江大学机械工程系转到医学院,陈宜张总有说不完的话:“之所以转系,是因为我对工程专业不感兴趣,而对颇具神秘色彩的生物科学却产生了浓厚兴趣,我觉得这就是我的选择。我认为一个人想要有所建树,必须在自己感兴趣的领域,干自己想干的事情,才会去钻研。我非常喜欢生理、生化等基础课,因此,当
