交通运输行业教育培训经过多年的探索取得了丰硕成果。在现代教育培训理念和现代化技术手段的促发下,行业内各培训机构也在积极进行培训模式、方法和内容的推陈出新。《干部教育培训条例》第二十五条指出:“开展干部教育培训应当根据干部的特点,综合运用讲授式、研究式、案例式、模拟式、体验式等教学方法,提高培训质量。”将从模拟式教学的理论和应用进行系统论证阐述,以期对交通行业干部培训事业健康、高效发展有所裨益。
