在校本科生可以参加司法考试,对我国本科法学教育产生了强烈冲击,也要求正确处理好法学本科教育与司法考试的关系。针对民法课程的自身特点,鉴于其在本科法学教育和司法考试中具有的举足轻重地位,集中体现了法学本科教育与司法考试的冲突与契合。理性看待司法考试对法学本科教育的负面影响,结合地方院校的自身地位和特点,促进司法考试背景下的民法本科教学改革,实现司法考试与法学本科教育的良性互动和协调发展。
Undergraduate students can participate in the judicial examination, which has a strong impact on our undergraduate legal education, and also requires that we correctly handle the relationship between undergraduate legal education and judicial examination. In view of its own characteristics of civil law curriculum, given its pivotal position in undergraduate legal education and judicial examination, it embodies the conflict and conformity of undergraduate education and judicial examination. Rationally considering the negative influence of judicial examination on law undergraduate education, combining the local status and characteristics of local colleges and universities, promoting the reform of undergraduate civil law education under the background of judicial examination, realizing the benign interaction and coordinated development of judicial examination and law undergraduate education.
