福建、海峡与台湾的总体轮廓和大构造特征表现为正、负、正的地形和负、正、负的深部重力场特征。其深部莫霍面则表现为低、高、低的轮廓以及海峡两侧迥异的磁异常特征。 三区同属于亚洲大陆的边缘地带,但台湾海峡并不是边缘海,裂谷或弧后盆地,而是一个被深/大断裂所切割的断陷盆地。据地幔流应力场计算结果,没有发现会聚中心,但在台湾岛以东外海却有会聚中心出现,尽管这个中心位置的精度有限,但是足以显示其深
The overall contour and large structural features of Fujian, Taiwan Strait and Taiwan show positive, negative and positive topography and negative, positive and negative features of deep gravitational field. Its deep Moho surface is characterized by low, high, low profile and very different magnetic anomalies on both sides of the channel. The three districts belong to the same margin as the Asian continent. However, the Taiwan Strait is not a marginal sea, rift or backarc basin but a rift basin cut by deep / large faults. According to the calculated mantle flow stress field, no convergence center was found, but there was a convergence center off the coast of the island to the east of Taiwan Island.
