本文介绍一个独立开发的热处理数值模拟软件包(NSHT),包括其主要结构、功能和有关淬火过程计算的基本原理。用该软件对三个圆筒形试件的实际淬火过程进行计算,考察了该软件在不同材质、几何尺寸和淬火规范下的有效性。
This article presents an independently developed heat treatment numerical simulation package (NSHT) that includes its main structure, function, and basic principles for calculating quench processes. The software was used to calculate the actual quenching process of three cylindrical specimens, and the validity of the software under different material, geometry and quenching specifications was investigated.
