本文以运动训练中的超量恢复问题作为课题研究的重点,首先,从超量恢复理论和目前我国高校对这一理论的认知缺陷两个方面对目前我国高校对运动训练中的超量恢复的认知进行了简要的分析,其次,从忽略了局部和整体的协调关系、忽视了对运动休息间隔时间的有效调控、忽视运用其他的训练原则三个方面对目前我国高校对超量恢复体系的实践中存在问题进行了详细分析,最后,加速身体的新陈代谢法和调整性恢复法两个方面对高校中对超量恢复理论的综合应用进行了思考。期望对业内从业人员有积极的启发和裨益。
This paper focuses on the issue of over-recovery in sports training. Firstly, from the theory of excess recovery and the current cognitive deficiencies of colleges and universities in our country, Secondly, from neglecting the coordination between the local and the whole, neglecting the effective regulation and control of the interval of exercise rest and neglecting the use of other training principles, The practice of the problems were analyzed in detail, and finally, to speed up the body’s metabolic and regulatory restoration of the two aspects of colleges and universities on the comprehensive application of overrecovery thinking.
