深圳机场油料码头迁建工程位于深圳机场内,建设一座2个5 000 t级成品油泊位高桩码头。该码头地处珠江出海口,与南沙港隔海相望,混凝土结构常年饱受海水腐蚀(设计高水位:3.08 m,设计低水位:0.47 m,混凝土结构顶高程为5.5 m),为防止受海水腐蚀及在设计使用年限内的安全和正常运作。根据设计要求,本工程的梁板、系缆墩、桩帽等水工混凝土构件均应采取防腐蚀措施,采用防腐涂层和掺加海港混凝土抗蚀增强剂联合保护,以达到防止水工混凝土结构的腐蚀破坏及提高其耐久性的目的。
