我厂为了研究和测定铝及铝合金的晶粒,对现有的一台4X型金相显微镜进行了改装。我们向南京江南光学仪器厂购买了XJL-101型显微镜上用的φ21mm起偏镜片和检偏镜片,按偏振光原理将起偏镜安装在光源和试样之间,检偏镜安装在试样和目镜之间,详见图1改装示意图。起偏镜安放在孔径光栏(1)的上方,为了保护起偏镜可用万能胶把起偏镜片粘在内径φ22mm,外径φ33mm的黑色胶木圈里。
