用生长发育期纯种猪20只,全麻下行单侧下颌骨髁状突切除,并立即以自体肋骨——肋软骨移植行髁突再造,分别于术后1至48周的10个不同时期,观察下颌骨的生长发育情况。结果显示,术后移植骨区有一定程度的生长(P<0.05)。下颌骨体部的生长,术后未见明显受限;下颌骨升支部的生长,特别是髁突处的升支高度,术侧则较对侧慢。但是,术侧升支的生长幅度较小,可能与实验动物特殊的关节构造有关。
Twenty healthy purebred pigs were randomly divided into two groups. One-sided mandibular condylar excision was performed under general anesthesia.
