本文论述了中国“十一五”期间钢铁渣的生产量和利用率等现状。随着钢铁渣处理工艺和利用技术不断创新,技术水平逐步提高,设备得到大力推广应用,综合利用途径更加明确,利用规模不断扩大,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。大宗固体废物综合利用“十二五”规划和实施方案,大力发展和推广钢渣余热自解热闷处理技术和钢铁渣粉技术,本文重点介绍钢渣余热自解稳定化处理技术基本原理和工艺过程,钢渣在热闷冷却过程中发生物理化学作用而粉化,消除f-CaO因发生化学反应生成Ca(OH)_2体积膨胀造成的不稳定性。由于钢渣中含有10%残钢并和钢渣粘连包裹在一起,使回收的金属品位低,不能直接返回炼钢使用,采用宽带磁选机磁选,棒磨机剥离提纯。干式双辊磁选机磁选使回收的钢渣TFe品位大于85%,直接返回转炉炼钢,磁选粉TFe品位大于60%的返回烧结矿配料使用。磁选后的钢渣尾渣采用节能低耗的磨机将其粉磨至细度为420m~2/kg以上,可等量取代10%-40%的水泥配制各种强度的混凝土,提高混凝土抗冻性、耐磨性等耐久性。做到资源高价值利用,可节省水泥生产所需石灰石、粘土等资源,降低燃料和电力消耗,减排CO_2。具有显著的环境效益、经济效益。文章介绍了中国随着科学技术进步,近几年制订、修订了31项钢铁渣综合利用标准,对钢铁工业固体废物“零排放”起到了重要的推动作用。 This article discusses the status of steel slag production and utilization in China during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.
