怎样安排体育课的内容才能更好地、更全面地完成《中学体育教学大纲》规定的三大任务呢?我的体会是,在不完全打破当前传统教学形式的基础上,体育课的基本部份安排一个教材,是完成大纲的简而易行的有效方法。目前,我国的中学体育课课时分开始、准备、基本、结束四个部份。一般在基本部份都安排两个或两个以上的教材内容,然后以分组轮换或分组不轮换的教学方式进行。
