在全球化的今天,劳务移民是一个世界各国都必须面对的普遍现象。在充分尊重移民权利的前提下进行有效管理并不是一件容易的事情。本文在中国于2013年出台了新的《出境入境管理法》和即将修订《外国人来华就业管理条例》之际,全面梳理和分析保护移徙工人权利的相关公约、案例和解释性法律文件,厘清移徙工人权利保护的国际法标准,希望藉此为我国相关立法提供参考。
In today’s globalization, labor migration is a universal phenomenon that all countries in the world must face. Effective management under the premise of full respect for resettlement rights is not an easy task.
