赛得大厦属现代化高层办公楼,由南北塔楼及高位连体钢结构桁架组成。详细介绍了结构体系的设计要点,重点分析了高位连体桁架与塔楼的连接方式、铅芯橡胶支座的数值模拟;基于性能化设计采用罕遇地震作用下弹塑性时程分析对结构抗震性能进行评价。分析结果表明,在地震作用下结构能够满足预期的抗震性能目标,同时,通过罕遇地震作用下弹塑性时程分析找出了结构的薄弱部位,并采取相应的抗震加强措施。
