以~(60)Co—r 射线2325rad 处理“燕黄”和“罐5”桃(Prunus Persica)一年生植株萌动芽,新梢留6节位摘心。结果表明,一、二次新梢均作摘心处理的,其可见变异率“燕黄”和“罐5”分别为18.12%和23.19%;优变率分别为2.86%和4.55%,并从中选育出优变单系“西10~26”、“西42~41”和“西47~50”,其果实成熟期比亲本“燕黄”和“罐5”分别提早46~52天、20~25天和22~27天,丰产性、果实品质等主要经济性状均保持或优于亲本,变异性状稳定。
The shoots of annuals of “Yanhuang” and “Prunus Persica” were treated with ~ (60) Co-r ray at 2325rad, and the new shoots remained at the 6th node. The results showed that both the first and second shoots were treated with topping, and the variability of Yanhuang and Pot 5 were 18.12% and 23.19% respectively. The optimal rates were 2.86% and 4.55% The results showed that the fruit maturity period was 46 to 52 days earlier than that of the parents “Yanhuang” and “Jiantang 5”, respectively, in the single lines “West 10-26”, “West 42-41” and “West 47-50” ~ 25 days and 22 ~ 27 days, the main economic traits such as high yield and fruit quality were all maintained or better than that of the parents, and the variation trait was stable.
