[目的]观察CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达变化,研究真武汤对肾阳虚型CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达的影响。[方法]健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和真武汤组,采用腺嘌呤灌胃法建立肾阳虚慢性肾衰大鼠模型。成模后模型组及真武汤组大鼠每日上午继续灌服腺嘌呤,下午分别灌服生理盐水和真武汤连续21天后,采用免疫组化方法检测肾组织AQP1表达。[结果]与对照组比较,模型组大鼠肾组织AQP1表达水平降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较真武汤组大鼠肾组织AQP1表达明显升高(P<0.05)。[结论]CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达降低,真武汤能够提高慢性肾衰大鼠肾组织AQP1的表达水平。
[Objective] To observe the change of AQP1 expression in kidney of CRF rats and study the effect of Zhenwu decoction on the expression of AQP1 in kidney of CRF rats. [Methods] Healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and Zhenwu decoction group. The rat model of chronic kidney failure with deficiency of kidney - yang was established by adenine gavage. After modeling, rats in model group and Zhenwu Decoction continued to be fed with adenine daily morning. In the afternoon, saline and Zhenwu decoction were respectively given for 21 consecutive days. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AQP1 in renal tissues. [Results] Compared with the control group, the expression of AQP1 in renal tissue of rats in model group decreased (P <0.05). Compared with model group, the expression of AQP1 in renal tissue of rats in Zhenwu Tang group was significantly increased (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of AQP1 in renal tissue of CRF rats is decreased. Zhenwu decoction can improve the expression of AQP1 in renal tissues of rats with chronic renal failure.
