加工直齿离合器的传统工艺方法一般有两种:奇数齿是一次对刀加工而成;偶数齿却要分两次对刀才能加工出来。就是说工件要重新对一次刀才能铣出齿槽的另一侧。这里介绍一种一次对刀法加工偶数直齿离合器。笔者师徒在加工一批偶数直齿离合器时,开始分两次对刀加工,这种方法较麻烦,而且容易出差错。后来改进为一次对刀,具体方法如下:首先将刀子一侧对好中心,从外往中心进刀并且不要让刀子过工件中心,
