为研究石榴植株中大量矿质营养元素分布与累积特性,以10年生‘大笨籽’石榴植株为试材,分别测定果实、叶、一年生枝、骨干枝、主干、侧根和须根的N、P、K、Ca、Mg和S的含量。结果表明:(1)N、P、Ca等元素在叶片中含量最高,分别为20.17、2.00和30.63 g·kg-1;K在果实中含量最高,为10.23 g·kg-1,Mg和S元素在须根中含量最高,分别为1.27和1.90 g·kg-1。(2)N在骨干枝中积累量最大,为35.03 g,所占比例为25.22%;P在侧根中积累量最大,为3.66 g,所占比例为28.80%;K在果实中积累量最大,为31.97 g,所占比例为43.70%;Ca在骨干枝中积累量最大,为27.29 g,所占比例为26.42%;Mg在叶片中积累量最大,为3.86 g,所占比例为30.65%;S在果实中积累量最大,为3.48 g,所占比例为27.01%;(3)整株每kg鲜重生物量中大量元素累积量为13.69 g,其中叶片的最高为26.35 g;其次为须根,累积量为22.47 g;果实的积累量最少为8.94 g。
In order to study the distribution and accumulation characteristics of a large number of mineral nutrients in pomegranate plants, the seeds of 10-year-old ’stupid’ pomegranate plants were used as test materials to determine the N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S content. (3) The accumulation of large amount of elements per kg of fresh weight of whole plant was 13.69 g, of which the highest was 26.35 g; followed by fibrous roots , The cumulative amount of 22.47 g; fruit accumulation of at least 8.94 g.
