智能化变电站以信息传输数字化、通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化为基本特征,支持电网实时自动控制、智能调节、在线分析决策、协同互动等高级应用功能。智能化变电站二次系统与传统变电站差异较大,其调试工作的深度和广度关系到智能化变电站的安全稳定运行。在总结全国第一座智能化变电站——北川110kV智能化变电站二次系统调试工作经验的基础上,研究智能化变电站二次系统调试技术及方法,并对二次系统调试过程中的关键问题进行探讨,提出了建议及解决方案,对今后智能化变电站二次系统调试工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
