目的 :研究糖尿病大鼠脑组织学及脂质过氧化和一氧化氮的变化。方法 :用光镜及透射电镜观察四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病 1个月大鼠脑组织学改变 ,并测定脑组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的活性及丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)的含量。结果 :光镜下可见脑水肿、脑软化、白质脱髓鞘 ,透射电镜下见到神经元及神经胶质细胞内线粒体肿胀、嵴变短、神经纤维脱髓鞘 ,血脑屏障受损 ;SOD、GSH -PX活性下降 ,NOS活性、MDA、NO含量增加。结论 :糖尿病可引起明显的脑组织形态学改变 ,其中以线粒体最为严重
Objective: To investigate the changes of brain histology, lipid peroxidation and nitric oxide in diabetic rats. Methods: The histopathological changes of alloxan-induced diabetic rats were observed by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) ), Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) content. Results: Under light microscope, brain edema, degeneration of brain, demyelination of white matter, mitochondria swelling in neurons and glial cells were observed by transmission electron microscopy, the crest became short, demyelination of nerve fibers and impaired blood-brain barrier. , GSH-PX activity decreased, NOS activity, MDA, NO content increased.
