目的:对盐酸川芎嗪—瓜环包合物的包结行为进行质量分析。方法:分别采用差示扫描量热分析法、显微镜成像法、紫外光谱法对包合物的生成进行定性与定量分析与评价。结果:盐酸川芎嗪包合物的摩尔吸收系数近似等于416410,稳定性常数为0.717。结论:对瓜环的研究拓宽了方向,同时也为研制新的长效制剂提供试验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the inclusion behavior of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride - melon ring inclusion complex. Methods: Differential scanning calorimetry, microscopic imaging and ultraviolet spectroscopy were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the formation of inclusion complex. Results: The molar absorption coefficient of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride inclusion complex was approximately equal to 416410 and the stability constant was 0.717. Conclusion: The research on cucurbituril broadens the research direction and provides experimental evidence for the development of new long-acting preparations.
