采用失重法、电化学阻抗法和极化曲线研究了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(SDEDTC)和硫脲(TU)对AZ91D镁合金在NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用.结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠的缓蚀效率存在浓度极值现象,在质量分数为0.1%时缓蚀性能最佳;硫脲对镁合金的缓蚀也存在浓度极值现象,缓蚀效率随着浓度增加先升高后降低,当质量分数为0.3%时,缓蚀性能最佳.二者的缓蚀机制都是抑制阴极反应,有较好的缓蚀协同效应,当复配比例为0.3%硫脲+0.1%二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠时,缓蚀效果最好,达到88%.
The corrosion inhibition effect of diethyldithiocarbamate (SDEDTC) and thiourea (TU) on AZ91D magnesium alloy in NaCl solution was investigated by weight loss method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curves.The results showed that at 3.5% NaCl solution, the corrosion inhibition efficiency of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate has the extreme value of concentration inhibition, and the corrosion inhibition performance is the best when the mass fraction is 0.1%. Thiourea also has the concentration extreme value inhibition effect on magnesium alloy, The corrosion inhibition efficiency firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of concentration, and when the mass fraction is 0.3%, the corrosion inhibition performance is the best. Both of the corrosion inhibition mechanisms inhibit the cathode reaction and have better corrosion inhibition synergistic effect. With the ratio of 0.3% thiourea and 0.1% sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, the corrosion inhibition effect is the best, reaching 88%.
