Using cadmium chloride to make animal model of renal damage induced by subchronic cadmium poisoning, the changes of renal histology, ultrastructure and Cd ~ (++) and Ca ~ (++) were systematically observed. The results showed that the proximal convoluted tubule was the earliest and most important site of kidney damage caused by cadmium poisoning. The damage of membranous organelles was the characteristic of its ultrastructural pathological changes. The cytoplasmic mucopolysaccharide (MB), dark granules and intranuclear inclusions The body may be a characteristic lesion of cadmium-induced renal damage. Kidney cadmium content increased progressively with the exposure time, but electron microscopy X-ray spectroscopy analysis of renal tissue cells, but did not find the subcellular accumulation of cadmium, and cytoplasmic Ca ~ (++) enrichment Increased, suggesting that macromolecules exist in the form of binding, calcium homeostasis and cadmium toxicity of renal damage mechanism.
