我院自1987～1990年收治4例阴茎巨大尖锐湿疣,现报告如下。临床资料例1,30岁。自幼包皮不能上翻。发现龟头米粒样肿物一年。近半年肿物渐增大,时有痒痛。无不洁性交史。查体所见:龟头处可见4个菜花样肿物,最大呈4×3cm,最小1×0.5cm,包皮不能上翻。诊断:阴茎癌、包茎。1989年11月22日行阴茎部分切除。病理报告:阴茎巨大尖锐湿疣。例2,61岁。阴茎肿物半年。否认不洁性交史。体格检查:阴茎龟头处可见3×3cm大小菜花样肿物,表面布少许脓性分泌物,有恶臭味。腹股沟淋巴结未扪及。诊断:阴茎癌。于1990年3月15日行阴茎部分切除。病理报告:阴茎巨大尖锐湿疣。
Our hospital from 1987 to 1990 admitted 4 cases of giant penis genital warts, are as follows. Clinical data 1,30 years old. Since the foreskin can not be turned on. Found glans rice-like mass a year. Nearly six months, the tumor gradually increased, when itching pain. No unclean sex history. Examination findings: Glans can be seen at the 4 cauliflower mass, the largest was 4 × 3cm, the smallest 1 × 0.5cm, the foreskin can not be turned on. Diagnosis: penile cancer, phimosis. November 22, 1989 Penis partial resection. Pathology report: huge genital warts penis. Example 2,61 years old. Penile tumor six months. Denied unclean sex history. Physical examination: visible glans penis 3 × 3cm size Cauliflower tumor, the surface of cloth a little purulent discharge, a bad smell. Inguinal lymph nodes are not palpable. Diagnosis: penile cancer. On March 15, 1990 the penis partial resection. Pathology report: huge genital warts penis.
