随着工业生产的发展,对周围神经显示毒性的工业毒物逐渐增多。接触这些工业毒物,如果防护不周,可以引起周围神经系统结构与功能的变化,产生中毒性神经病(toxic neuropathy)。这不仅给职业医学工作者带来解决其防和治的任务,也不断为神经毒理学者提出新的课题。近年来,由于神经生理、神经病理和神经生化等新技术的发展,推动了中毒性神经病的临床研究及实验研究;也由于流行病学方法日益受到重视,一些新发现的中毒性神经病的病因得以明确。这些研究成果直接指导着这类职业中毒性疾病的防治与控制,同时又进一步促进了神经学的基础研究与理论进展。本文拟就近年
With the development of industrial production, industrial toxicants that show toxicity to peripheral nerves are gradually increasing. Exposure to these industrial toxins can cause changes in the structure and function of the peripheral nervous system, resulting in toxic neuropathy, if not adequately protected. This not only brings the task of resolving its prevention and cure to occupational medical workers, but also constantly puts forward new topics for neurotoxicologists. In recent years, due to the development of new technologies such as neurophysiology, neuropathology and neurobiochemistry, clinical and experimental studies on toxic neuropathy have been promoted.
