本指南是在机械工程工业标准委员会授权下制订的,作为承载螺纹连接设计的指导。其目的是使设计者了解影响这种连接强度的各种因素,并给出了这些因素的一些估算方法。 由于目前的知识水平还不足以概括具有一般通用性的精确公式,故没有提供详细计算的意图。所给出的数值或公式,应认为是在现有的水平所能够得到的最佳近似值。希望经过进一步的研究,在将来修订本指南时有所完善与发展。 经美国国家标准局的同意,引用了NBSH28手册(1957)第一部分中有关螺纹剪切面积和旋合长度的全文。此文编为附录A,在本指南中作为计算静脱扣强度的暂用估算方法。 附录B是扭矩——拉力关系和螺纹摩擦对允许拧紧应力的影响。 注:为改变原来习惯(但不一定正确),本指南以“吨”作为力的单位,称为“吨力”(简写Tonf)。
This guide was developed under the authority of the Mechanical Engineering Industry Standards Committee as a guide to the design of threaded connections. The goal is to make designers aware of the various factors that affect the strength of this connection and give some estimates of these factors. Since the current level of knowledge is not sufficient to generalize precise formulas of general applicability, there is no intention of providing detailed calculations. The values or formulas given should be considered as the best approximations that are available at the current level. Hope that after further study, the future revision of this guide will improve and develop. With the approval of the United States National Bureau of Standards, the full text of the thread shear area and screwing length in Part 1 of the NBSH28 Manual (1957) is quoted. This paper, compiled as Appendix A, is used as a tentative measure in this guide to calculate the static trip strength. Appendix B is the torque - tension relationship and thread friction on the allow tightening stress. Note: In order to change the original habit (but not necessarily correct), this guide to “tons” as a force unit, known as “ton power” (short for Tonf).
