近年来,人们日益重视到心脏舒张功能在心衰中的作用,为研究舒张功能与心衰的关系,笔者选择强心利尿剂治疗无效的老年心衰患者,采用改善舒张功能的药物治疗,取得较满意的效果,现将结果报告于下。 1 临床资料与方法 1.1 病例选择 均系我院住院病人,所有观察病例经详问病史、严格体检、胸片、UCG、ECG检查,确诊为老年性心衰共21例,其中扩张型心肌病12例.高心病6例,冠心病2例,风心病1例,男14例,女7例,年龄60～75岁,其中Ⅲ级心功能患者6例,Ⅳ级心功能15例,心功能按NYHA分级。 1.2 方法 所有病例均为入院后采用强心利尿剂治疗一周后心功能无改善者,口服巯甲丙脯酸(CPT)75mg/d,连服15天服药前和服药15天后各作心功能检测一次,并详记临床表现情况。
