目前我国装载机产品仍处于传统的液压控制、手动换挡等较低技术水平上,为了提高装载机的作业效率,降低油耗,减轻驾驶员的劳动强度,增强国际竞争力,根据装载机的工作特点、操作方式以及控制系统的总体要求,对装载机的自动化和智能化控制技术进行了研究,设计开发了一种基于CAN总线的装载机智能控制系统。该系统实现了装载机传动系统的自动变速控制、工作装置动臂的自动定位控制以及铲斗的自动复位控制,实现了整机运行状态参数的实时监控和故障报警功能。目前,该系统已经成功地应用于鼎盛天工的节能型装载机,表现出了良好的工作稳定性和可靠性。
At present, China’s loader products are still in the traditional hydraulic control, manual shift and other low-level technology, in order to improve the operating efficiency of the loader, reduce fuel consumption, reduce driver’s labor intensity and enhance international competitiveness, according to the work of the loader Characteristics, operation mode and the overall requirements of the control system, the automatic and intelligent control technology of the loader was studied, and a kind of intelligent control system of the loader based on CAN bus was designed and developed. The system realizes the automatic transmission control of the loader drive system, the automatic positioning control of the working device boom and the automatic reset control of the bucket, realizes the real-time monitoring and fault alarm function of the whole operating status parameter. At present, the system has been successfully applied to the peak energy-efficient loader, showing good work stability and reliability.
