对中美两国母语教科书中的两篇课文《乌鸦喝水》和《小母鸡种稻子》进行了比较,美国教科书中的乌鸦是实践的、探索的,中国教科书中的乌鸦是思考的、聪明的;美国教科书中的小母鸡坚持公平,中国教科书中的小母鸡乐善好施。不同国家对同一篇课文的不同处理,反映出不同国家不同的价值取向,体现了教育的民族性和文化性。
When comparing the two texts “Raven Drinking Water” and “Little Heir Rice” in the mother tongue textbooks of China and the United States, the crows in the textbooks in the United States are practical and exploratory. The crows in Chinese textbooks think, Clever; young hen in American textbooks insists on fairness, and little hens in Chinese textbooks are well-heeled. The different treatment of the same text by different countries reflects the different values of different countries and embodies the nationality and cultural nature of education.
