目的经动脉向实体恶性肿瘤组织灌注碳酸氢钠,观察对ADM、MMC、5_Fu介入治疗的增效作用。方法随机分组为单纯介入化疗组和经动脉灌注碳酸氢钠后再灌注化学药物两组。Seldinger技术穿刺经股动脉进入肿瘤动脉血管 ,对照组单纯灌注化疗药物 ;治疗组先灌注碳酸氢钠再分别灌注生理盐水30ml和化疗药物。结果加用碳酸氢钠组部分缓解率明显高于单纯化疗组。结论向恶性肿瘤组织灌注碳酸氢钠可提高ADM、MMC、5_Fu疗效
Objective To perfuse sodium bicarbonate into solid malignant tumor via artery and observe the synergistic effect on interventional therapy of ADM, MMC and 5_Fu. Methods Randomly divided into two groups: chemotherapy-only group and chemical sodium bicarbonate after arterial infusion. Seldinger technique puncture the femoral artery into the tumor arteries, the control group was infused with chemotherapeutic drugs; the treatment group was infused with sodium bicarbonate and then with normal saline 30ml and chemotherapy drugs. Results with sodium bicarbonate group remission rate was significantly higher than chemotherapy group. Conclusion The infusion of sodium bicarbonate into malignant tumor tissue can improve the efficacy of ADM, MMC and 5_Fu
