文章从岩滩水电站扩建工程目标管理实际出发,对目标管理的实践运用进行系统研究和分析,并将其运用到创建安全文明施工样板工地的管理中。根据创建样板工地的要求,通过参建各方充分参与,将创建安全文明施工样板工地的目标进行分解并提出具体目标值。紧抓目标管理中确定目标、目标分解、实施目标和目标考核4个环节,在管理中不断创新和提高,努力创建安全文明施工样板工地。
Based on the reality of target management of Yantan Hydropower Station expansion project, the article systematically studied and analyzed the practice and application of target management, and applied it to the management of building a safe and civilized construction site. According to the requirements for creating a sample site, the target of creating a safe and civilized construction site was decomposed and put forward specific target values through participation of all involved parties. Grasping the goal of management to determine the target, the target decomposition, the implementation of the objectives and objectives of the assessment of the four links, in the management of continuous innovation and improvement, and strive to create a safe and civilized construction model site.
