目的 :探讨卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤的超声特征。方法 :对 2 3例卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤 B超、彩色多普勒血流频谱进行分析研究。结果 :肿瘤平均直径达 12 cm;内部为中等强度囊实性回声 ;彩超血流显示率 93.33% ,PI均值0 .6 2 ,RI均值 0 .48,S/D均值 2 .0 0。结论 :良性囊性畸胎瘤与未成熟畸胎瘤超声上仍有区别 ,此肿瘤的特征是年轻患者 ,囊实性包块 ,中等强度破絮状回声及血流频谱 PI<1.0 ,RI<0 .5 Objective : To explore the ultrasonographic features of ovarian immature teratomas. Methods : The spectrum of B-ultrasonography and color Doppler flow in 23 cases of ovarian immature teratoma were analyzed. RESULTS: The average diameter of the tumor was 12 cm. The cystic echo was moderate in intensity. The rate of blood flow in color ultrasonography was 93.33%, the PI mean value was 0.62, the RI mean value was 0.48, and the S/D mean value was 2.0. Conclusion: There is still a difference between benign cystic teratoma and immature teratoma in terms of ultrasound. This tumor is characterized by young patients, cystic solid masses, moderate-intensity floccular echo, and blood flow spectrum PI<1.0, RI< 0 .5
