目的 研究盐酸地尔硫艹卓大鼠肠道主要吸收部位 ,为其缓释制剂设计提供理论依据。方法 采用大鼠在体肠段灌流实验及酸性染料比色法。结果 盐酸地尔硫艹卓在十二指肠和结肠的吸收明显高于回肠。结论 提示地尔硫 艹卓在整个肠道中都具有良好吸收
Objective To study the main intestinal absorption site of diltiazem hydrochloride in rats and provide a theoretical basis for the design of its sustained release preparation. Methods Rats in vivo intestinal perfusion experiments and acid dye colorimetric method. Results Diltiazem Hydrochloride absorption in the duodenum and colon was significantly higher than the ileum. The conclusion suggests that diltiazem has good absorption throughout the gut
