矿西一采区掘进期间采用集团公司一机厂生产的老式250皮带机运输,皮带机运行时间相对较短,存在很大的缺点,且设备运行故障多。为确保整个采区回采,必须对西一运输下山皮带机进行技术改造。就采区的主要自然状况、皮带机改造的原因、参数计算、改造方案及改造后的优点做简要阐述。该方案改造完成以后,250皮带的运行效果良好,未出现机械事故,为保证矿井的安全生产奠定坚实基础。
During the excavation in the first mining area of mining area, the old 250 belt conveyor manufactured by the first machine factory of the group company was used.
