为确保金属与以三元乙丙橡胶为基体材料的未硫化橡胶材料之间的粘接质量,提高三元乙丙橡胶材料硫化后的力学性能,试验了预热工艺、硫化模式和降温模式对性能的影响,完成了产品应用。试验结果表明,研发的工艺方法能够有序地释放和消除粘接过程中产生的结构应力,最终保证了三元乙丙橡胶材料结构的完整性和粘接界面不受到应力作用而被破坏,具有推广应用价值。
